To foster a spirit of sportsmanship among participants and spectators alike

To promote excellence in all Portsmouth High School athletic program including Varsity, Club, Intramural, Junior Varsity, and Freshman programs.

To work with Portsmouth school officials, School committee and Town Council members within the means of the Club in matters concerning the high school athletic programs.

To enlist the cooperation and support of all parents, athletes, alumni, friends, and fans of Portsmouth High School students in carrying out our objectives

To conduct fund raising and other public events in support of the above objectives.
